These terms govern your use of Liola. By using the service you agree to the conditions below.
This document is a template and will be reviewed by legal counsel before the platform opens publicly.
1. Acceptance
By accessing and using Liola you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Liola is an AI-assisted, invite-only social growth workspace for Instagram and TikTok, currently in beta.
3. Account and access
You must provide accurate information, keep your session secure, and follow the access-approval process. Access approval may be revoked.
4. Acceptable use
You may not create unlawful or harmful content or content that violates platform policies, and you may not abuse the system or disrupt others' access.
5. AI outputs
AI suggestions are assistive and not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for the content you publish and the decisions you make.
6. Third-party platforms
Meta and TikTok integrations are subject to those platforms' terms; complying with them is your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Liola is not liable for indirect damages.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, change the service, or suspend access in case of abuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
